Monday Motivation #1

Last week I started Slender and have found its really helping me, it's given me structure and has kept my calorie intake to the average womens daily amount. I feel full and satisfied and it has stopped my cravings to snack on crappy foods.
For those who haven't heard of it Slender is a shake powder meal replacment for weight control, you mix the powder with skimmed milk and then drink it. You have two shakes a day and a 600 calorie meal, you can also snack on veg and fruit. I normaly space the shakes 4 hours between eachother as I would a normal meal.
Along with the shakes you work out, you can do as little or as much exercise as you want. I am five days away from taking part in the 5K Race For Life, so this week I am going to be getting to the gym four days of the week. I am off college for a week so my days are free to do as I please which helps me get to the gym as I can spend as much time there and I can go when I know it's going to be a little quieter. I have raised well over my £100 target donation for Cancer Research which I am over the moon about. I will be updating on my blog of my experiences on the day of the race.
Whatever goals you have to reach, believe in yourself and know that you can do whatever you put your mind to. Good luck
