Growing up I have always baked.. Cookies, brownies, scones you name it I've done it! Baking is something I enjoy, I was brought up to cook from a very young age and I was always in the kitchen with my grandma and brother cooking up some scientist's lab mix! This weekend I made Betty Crocker's Red Velvet Cake.

Baking is trial and error, it doesn't always work out but one thing that makes baking that little bit easier is baking with Betty Crocker.
They have a wide range of mixes to chose from and they are all within an affordable budget. Baking is time consuming, you have to measure out your flour, butter, sugar etc but with Betty's boxes, your dry mix is ready for you to mix away with your wet ingredients. I used the Betty Crocker Red Velvet Cake Mix, which includes your dry ingredients, I just simply added eggs, oil and water and it turned out great!
Betty Crocker also provide you with tubs of icing, for this red velvet cake I used the Vanilla Butter Cream Icing!
Betty Crocker UK is available at all supermarkets: Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury's and many more! Be sure to tag Betty Crocker in your baking pictures.
